Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM CST may be processed the next business day.
Delivery
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Tracking will be provided via email when available.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, discrete packaging. No product names or company branding appear on the outside of packages.
Geographic Restrictions
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally, to PO boxes, or to certain restricted states. Contact us before ordering if you have questions.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at orders@primeaxislabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
