Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used compounds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us at orders@primeaxislabs.com within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will work to make it right.
Purity Concerns
We stand behind the purity of our compounds. If you have concerns about a compound's quality, contact us and we will review your case. COA is available for select products.
Payment Disputes
Please contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute. We want to work things out directly.
