What is the minimum purity of your compounds?
All compounds are held to a minimum of ≥98% purity. Select compounds come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying purity via HPLC.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash App ($primeaxislabs), Venmo (@primeaxislabs), Zelle ((832) 528-3770), and Apple Cash. Do NOT mention product names in your payment memo — use only your name or order number.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Is shipping discrete?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
How should I store these compounds?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -4°F long-term or 36-46°F short-term in the refrigerator. After reconstitution with BAC water, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
What is BAC water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It is used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides. We carry both 10 mL and 30 mL vials.
Can I use your calculator to figure out dosing?
Our peptide calculator is a research tool to help convert between common measurements. It is for educational and research purposes only and should not be taken as dosing advice.
